GIFT was created based on the idea of Giving Individuals Focused Therapy, and therefore the service I provide is personal and specific to you.

I can support people who suffer with stress and anxiety and help you to find ways to manage this.


I can help you to manage your negative thoughts and feelings of unhappiness.

Relationships & Grief

If you have experienced grief or trauma I can support you in finding coping mechanisms that work for you.


If you struggle to control your behaviour such as aggression or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder I can help you.

It is of upmost importance to me that my clients feel comfortable during our sessions, so we will always start with an initial consultation which gives you the opportunity to share your thoughts and feelings and for me to assess how best to proceed with your focused therapy.


During our sessions I will never tell you what to do, instead I will work with you to explore and reflect on your own feelings and support you in feeling empowered to make your own decisions going forward and if needed to help you heal from past hurts.
